Baghdad Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition will be held in Baghdad between 1 - 4 May 2012 in Baghdad International Fairground.Current oil production has reached more than 2.7 million barrels per day, the first time it has reached that level in 20 years. This improvement is seen as a result of both improved efforts by the country and investments by international companies to develop Iraqi fields and Iraq still seeks foreign funding and expertise to help it boost energy exports needed to pay for modernizing an economy stunted by years of conflict and sanctions.
